Supply Chain Gals

Supply Chain Gals was founded by Liz Raman-Grubbs to empower, inspire, and motivate women in supply chain. Liz navigated her career from transportation analyst to assortment planning director at 26. With an undergrad degree from Georgia Tech and a master’s in supply chain from MIT, Liz wanted to see more women launch their careers too. 

Liz shares her own career story and advice at LaunchedbyLiz.com. After hearing from so many women that they never see others like them in supply chain, she started Supply Chain Gals. There are so many career paths available across the supply chain and there’s not enough visibility for the women leading the way. 

Supply Chain Gals provides community and resources to continue education outside of the classroom. Join networking mentorship circles or future events to stay connected. Supporting all groups from potential college students to mid-career leaders, the goal is to increase the number of women entering supply chain and leading the future of the field.
