The Big Logistics Diversity Challenge returns to Newark Showground in the heart of the East Midlands on 26 June 2025, continuing its mission to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) across the logistics and warehousing sector.

Organised by multi-media specialists Nimble Media Ltd, this unique event offers businesses a chance to network, share best practices, and demonstrate their commitment to a more inclusive industry while rewarding their teams with a fun, engaging day out.

Since its debut in 2019, the Challenge has united professionals from across the sector through collaborative, team-based activities designed to test mental agility, physical skill, and teamwork. The 2025 edition builds on the remarkable success of 2024, which saw a 40% increase in participation since the event’s launch.

Now a key date in the logistics industry calendar, the Challenge encourages companies to take meaningful steps toward inclusivity. Returning year after year, organisations such as the British Freight Association, RTITB, UK Warehousing Association, Road Haulage Association, and Aston University continue to support the event and its mission.

Participants compete in diverse, gender-balanced teams through a series of challenges raising funds for the event’s chosen charity, Transaid, which works to improve transport and road safety across Africa.
