Tom Isler is the Associate Director for Innovation and Sustainability at Baxter Freight. Over the last 4 years Tom has led the creation of the Sustainable Freight Network, a framework which collaborates amongst suppliers and customers to deliver evidence based reporting, inside value chain mitigation and carbon insetting.

Tom has trained with the Smart Freight Centre, Renewable Energy Institute, Carbon Literacy Project and undertaken a course in DACC with the University of Edinburgh.

A personal highlight, of late, has been leading Baxter Freight's project in the B corps accreditation, of which they were awarded in April 2026.
