As Associate Director of Business Development at The National Logistics Academy, Sam works with clients across specialist logistics, retail, and construction to design and deliver vocational training programmes that develop future talent at the scale the industry requires. He has broad experience spanning Climate Risk and Human Capital Advisory at Aon, public sector sustainability transformation at AtkinsRealis, and operational innovation at Tesco—giving him a unique cross-sector perspective on how people, systems, and strategy intersect.

Now, as a fifth-generation entrant into the logistics training sector, Sam is focused on raising the profile of foundational career pathways in logistics, and collaborating with employers to develop an inclusive, future-focused workforce to underpin the UK Government's ambitions on growth.
