Her expertise in analytics & a strong desire to engage with customers drove her to lead customer experience & product at a business intelligence startup before joining HappyRobot to scale go-to-market efforts. Kathryn brings a unique blend of data fluency, operational insight, and communication expertise—shaping how businesses adopt and scale AI in their day-to-day operations.
