Norm Saenz is a Managing Director with St. Onge Company and has more than 34 years of experience helping organizations improve distribution center operations through planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Throughout his career, he has led hundreds of supply chain and warehouse projects across a wide range of industries, helping clients optimize facilities, processes, technology, and automation investments. Norm is a recognized leader in the supply chain industry, having authored numerous articles and presented at industry conferences throughout North America. His expertise spans facility assessments, new facility designs, automation, labor productivity, and operational excellence. Norm earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Texas Christian University (TCU). He joined St. Onge Company in 2013 and serves clients by combining practical operating experience with strategic insight to deliver measurable business results.
