Michelle has extensive experience leading assessments, diagnostics, and the design and deployment of operating models for trade compliance functions. Her work spans organisational design, governance, process optimisation, and the integration of compliance into business operations.

In addition to her advisory work, Michelle has held interim management roles in global trade compliance functions, giving her first-hand experience leading teams and driving change within multinational environments.
