Session Title:

Supply Chain Resilience: Planning for the Unplannable

Session Description:

It’s in our nature to plan for success, but do we plan for things going wrong? A volcanic eruption, an escaped virus, a power substation taking out the UK’s main airport? We can’t plan for every detailed disruptive scenario. Still, we can build a framework to ensure resilience in the face of the unknown, which not only ensures business continuity but also becomes a strategic advantage.
