Krita Kataria is a Digital Transformation Director at Capgemini Invent with more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and enterprise transformation. Beginning her career in frontline operational roles, she progressed through a range of senior leadership positions at PepsiCo before moving into global transformation leadership. Today, she helps organisations bridge strategy, operations and technology to deliver sustainable business value and large-scale change.
Having built her career on operational experience rather than technical expertise, Krita is passionate about demonstrating how practical business knowledge can be a powerful enabler of transformation. Her decision to move into consulting was driven by a desire to continue learning, broaden her industry experience and bring real-world operational insight to organisations facing complex transformation challenges. She is a strong advocate for lifelong learning, curiosity and embracing opportunities beyond traditional career boundaries
