Joe Lujan is a Vice President at The Facilities Group, where he leads a national  team delivering janitorial and facilities management solutions to enterprise clients across the United States. A tenured FM executive with over 13 years of experience driving operational excellence and strategic growth in the facilities services industry, Joe has led multi-million-dollar P&Ls, managed large cross-functional teams, and directed vendor and subcontractor partnerships nationwide. He was the youngest General Manager ever appointed within his prior organization, where he led a 300-plus-person division and successfully integrated multiple acquisitions under a unified operational framework. Joe holds IFMA's Facilities Management Professional (FMP) certification, GMP Certifications, ISO 19641 certifications and (CHEST) Certification. He serves on the IFMA Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter board and speaks nationally on the intersection of facilities operations, automation, and supply chain performance, helping operators see the building itself as an underused source of efficiency and competitive advantage.
