Jes Crownover is responsible for providing innovative customs clearance and digital solutions for eCommerce retailers, platforms, and consolidators while managing multiple P&Ls across multiple countries.   While Jes has been in logistics and tech for 20+ years starting with UPS in 1998, she joined Livingston in 2022, bringing expertise in setting, refining, and executing on the strategic direction of the eCommerce function, service optimization, technology transformation, and team recruiting and development.   Just prior to Livingston, Jes drove FedEx's global portfolio vision across all regions and operating companies and developed customer experience enhancements across their solution offerings. She was instrumental in developing their eCommerce and global trade strategy and managed and operated a global trade services business within FedEx Cross Border, dedicated to eCommerce and the cross border experience.   Jes is a graduate of Auburn University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Memphis. Jes is also a certified PMP, licensed US customs broker, and CBP permit qualifier.
