James is Director of Logistics for NHS supply chain, delivering over 28 million lines of medical and clinical consumables to the NHS annually. James joined the NHS in 2016, to lead a £100 million Storage and Distribution services procurement program covering clinical countermeasures, vaccines and medicines, moving to the NHS Supply Chain in 2018 and subsequently leading the Covid Pandemic logistics response including multi-temperature storage and distribution operations for the national responses and Covid vaccine programs. James has brought a wealth of operational experience to his roles within the NHS from a career of over 20+ years, leading logistics teams spanning multiple sectors within several leading 3rd party logistics businesses.
