He has over 40 years of experience in operations and consulting, specializing in customs, logistics, process improvements, and submissions to customs authorities. Gavin’s expertise covers business transformation, customs audit support, and the leveraging of trade agreements and duty minimization regimes. Gavin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Exeter and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He is a member of the ICPA, the UK CPG, a Chartered Member of the UK Institute of Logistics and a regular conference speaker.
