His career began in technology, leading the development of EPoS, stock control and automation systems for hospitality and retail, before progressing into senior operational roles across security and facilities management.

This combination of technical expertise and frontline experience has shaped Frank’s practical approach to solving complex workforce challenges. Since founding OpusApeiro in 2012, he has led the development of platforms and managed services that give organisations visibility, compliance and commercial control over outsourced labour.

Frank now works with national and international businesses, including multi-billion-pound organisations operating across thousands of sites. His work has helped clients achieve eight-figure savings while strengthening supplier accountability, contractual compliance and operational transparency. He is known for translating complex data and challenges into scalable solutions that protect margins without compromising service quality.
