About Ethan Cooze

Ethan Cooze is the Supply Chain Director at Au Vodka, one of the UK's fastest-growing drinks brands. Having joined the business at 17 as Executive Assistant to the Founder, Ethan has spent the last five years helping support the company's rapid growth across operations, supply chain and new product development. Throughout his career at Au Vodka, Ethan has led major projects including the launch of the brand's market-leading RTD range, the establishment of international supply chains across Europe and the United States, and the delivery of large-scale operational and infrastructure initiatives.

Today, he is responsible for the company's end-to-end supply chain, overseeing production, procurement, logistics, compliance, NPD, gifting and merchandise. Known for his hands-on approach and passion for building scalable operations, Ethan brings a unique perspective on leadership, growth and the realities of scaling a modern consumer brand in a fast-paced global market.
