David Welsh is the Vice President of Fulfillment Services and has been with Radial for almost 12 years. He oversees all fulfillment operations across Radial’s nationwide network, including transportation, account management, and client retention. David has over a decade of experience in business development, lean implementation, and operational excellence. Before joining Radial, he held various leadership positions with Nilit America, U.S. Army and Virginia Army National Guard over an 11-year military career. He has experience in cross-functional techniques, fulfillment technology, operational strategy, and implementation of innovative solutions. David holds an MA in Management & Leadership degree from Liberty University and a BA degree in Government from Hampden-Sydney College. He is a graduate of the Army Maneuver Center of Excellence Captains Career Course and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Multi-Variable Testing, OSHA, Safe Start, and various leadership programs.
