Dave Holt is a Director and one of the original founders of Sigma Efficiency, established in 2011. He has more than 35 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain, working across Asia, Europe and the USA, with a strong focus on distribution centre performance, operational improvement and team engagement. Over the past decade, Dave has jointly led the development of systems and tools that help distribution centres turn existing WMS and operational data into clear visibility of activity, performance, standards and wasted labour time. This approach combines simulation, digital mapping, task modelling and practical management routines to support better planning, fairer performance conversations and measurable productivity improvement. Dave’s focus is on helping operational teams see where opportunity exists and convert that insight into sustainable, trackable improvement, supporting the behaviours and culture required for team-driven continuous improvement.
