As the Senior Global Logistics Manager at Tarte Cosmetics, I oversee strategic transportation, global trade compliance, and logistics operations across luxury goods, cosmetics, high-value assets, technology, and premium fashion.

In addition to my corporate leadership, I am the Founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving communities and creating meaningful impact, as well as the Founder and Principal Consultant of a Global Logistics & Compliance consulting firm, where I help businesses optimize their supply chains, strengthen compliance programs, reduce costs, and build scalable global operations.

My expertise spans global logistics, e-commerce, international trade compliance, contract negotiations, warehouse and inventory management, and developing high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
