About Carol Kane 

Carol co-founded the brand boohoo.com in 2006, one of the first pure-play fashion retailers. Now, with over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry, overseeing design, buying, marketing, and brand building, Carol is the Founder and Executive Director of the Debenhams Group.
