Currently, I lead Global Fulfillment as well as Forecasting, Planning and Analytics for Global Operations at Wayfair. This includes 44 fulfillment buildings across USA, Canada and UK on the fulfillment side and Network Management, Operations Research, Operations Analytics, Demand forecasting and Global Analytics Tech on the FP&A side. The fulfillment team manages ~20 mn Sq ft of storage space and ~4k employees.Forecasting, Planning and Analytics teams are focussed on forecasting and then planning across the 0-3 month, 3-18 month and >18 month time horizons as well as enabling data analytics and performance management structures across global operations that help Wayfair operate efficiently but also helps our Supplier partners set up for success. My teams have delivered significant improvements to efficiency and improved supplier and customer experience enabling the success of one of e-commerce's biggest success stories - Wayfair.
