- Please speak with your Account Manager to confirm access times for building your space only booth.
- Note, only EACs who are on the Javits Center's approved EAC list will be permitted to build within the hall. The list of approved EACs can be found here.
No under 16s are allowed into the halls during move in for health and safety reasons. Please ensure you bring a valid ID with you.

Parking, Ride Shares and Accessibility
Parking is available 24 hours a day at the Premium Parking lot located at 700 W 34th St, New York, NY 10001. If you are driving, please allow extra time for traffic and garage entry.
Designated rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located at 38th Street and 11th Avenue. Follow traffic personnel instructions upon arrival.
Javits Center is fully accessible:

- Elevators throughout campus
- Accessible restrooms
- Mobility assistance
- Service animals welcome

Onsite Storage
All exhibitor storage requirements must be arranged through the General Contractor, GES. Freight handled by GES under the show's material handling program includes the storage of empty containers for the duration of the event.
Due to venue security and fire safety regulations, unauthorized storage of crates, cartons, packing materials, or other items is not permitted within the exhibition halls, behind booths, or in any public areas.
To have empty containers stored, exhibitors should obtain 'Empty Storage' labels from the GES Servicenter and securely attach them to each crate, case, pallet, or container. GES will collect and remove labeled empty containers from the booth and place them in designated storage areas.
GES will return stored empty containers to exhibitor booths after the exhibition closes. It may take up 4 hours to return all empties. Exhibitors should not expect access to stored materials during show hours. If access is required, please reach out to GES directly to discuss options.
Hand Carry Policy
Hand carry operations are strictly controlled at the Javits Center. These procedures are in place to ensure safe, efficient move-in and move-out and to minimize disruption to surrounding streets.
All hand carry access into the building is permitted only via the Javits Center Inner Roadway. No other entrances, lobbies, elevators, escalators, or exterior street access points may be used under any circumstances. Hand carry materials may not be unloaded, staged, or accessed from 11th Avenue or any surrounding streets. Access through the Crystal Palace is also not permitted. All hand carry operations are coordinated by Javits Center Public Safety in conjunction with Show Management.
Hours of Operation (Inner Roadway Only)-
Tuesday, September 29: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday, October 1: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (following show close at 4:00 PM)
Hand carry is only permitted during the published hours above.
Key Requirements-
Only exhibitor employees may transport materials and may be required to show identification.

Vehicles must be no larger than a standard passenger van and are subject to staging limits of 45 minutes.

Hazard lights must remain on while staged.

All materials must be capable of being hand carried or moved via a two-wheel baggage cart (plastic or rubber wheels only).

Items must be fully packed prior to entering the staging area for move-out.

Any access point other than the Inner Roadway

Street loading or unloading on 11th Avenue or surrounding streets

Use of freight companies, contractors, or third-party handlers

Box trucks or vehicles larger than a standard van

Javits Center Public Safety manages all hand carry activity inside the facility, and NYC authorities enforce all street restrictions. Violations may result in removal of materials, fines, or vehicle towing.
All exhibitors must follow the Inner Roadway procedures and instructions issued by Show Management and Javits Center Public Safety.
