According to a recent report published by Parcel Monitor, the market is projected to maintain an upward trend with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 20% between 2021 and 2023, driven by factors such as increasing online sales, rising customer expectations, and the need for faster and more efficient delivery options. 

Key highlights of the report include:

• The first-attempt success rate of parcel deliveries in the US saw an improvement throughout 2022, with a steady increase from 83% in the first quarter to a whopping 98% in the last quarter.
• In 2022, carrier-related factors were responsible for about 82% of delivery issues in the country.
