Our media partner, Parcel Monitor took a tour around Southeast Asia, Europe and Australia to assess these countries’ state of e-commerce for 2020. Seems like a lot has changed since 2019 for them!

Curious as to how the US has changed, they analyzed their data and made some interesting findings:
     1. A parcel takes about an average of 3.2 days before its first delivery attempt
     2. During the holiday season, parcel volumes saw a spike of 35%
     3. 96% of parcels were successfully delivered on first attempt in 2020
