Meet The Speaker: Zana Busby
Understanding consumer behavior is exceedingly critical to running a highly successful business. Busby’s career has had a focus on emotions, cognitions, mood and gender differences that are associated under cognitive-behavioral science overall and how all of these factors play a large role in the customer’s mindset.
