SKU Logistics work collaboratively with clients in partnership to deliver an excellent customer experience. We see ourselves as an extension of our client’s business and are passionate about being part of their journey. The average length of service across our staff is + 19 years which reflects our commitment to a healthy work / life balance and a hard-working fun environment.

We would provide you with a dedicated Account Manager and you would also have a dedicated team that would work on your customer brands for consistency, commitment and to build staff knowledge.

We fulfil a wide variety of products and are happy to receive both barcoded and non-barcoded items.

We have a sophisticated WMS (Warehouse Management System) that has been designed to pick in an efficient algorithm (aligned with stock location & FIFO, date code, batch principals) and scan all products at order level to ensure high levels of accuracy.

We can integrate with API’s quickly and provide an online portal so that you can access real-time stock information and view order and delivery order status.

Order cut off is normally 16.00 for receiving orders to guarantee a next working day delivery, however we are prepared as to look at this and move this back.

Our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, We do work extended hours and weekends during peak periods.

We understand the importance of stock integrity and that accuracy starts at the back door. Our ‘Goods In’ department receive individual boxes through to container loads of stock.

As standard we check deliveries at item level and check the inbound stock against the packing lists provided by the supplier. Within 24 hours we will confirm with our client the number of cartons received and the quantity via a GRN (Goods Received Note).

If there are stock discrepancies or any evidence of damaged stock upon arrival this will be recorded and reported to the client immediately. The team will often take photographs as evidence to help manage communication with the suppliers.

Once the stock is booked in it will be located in the warehouse via the barcode and recorded on our WMS system. We allocate space according to the product characteristics and offer multiple storage solutions for example, pallet, shelving, totes, pigeonholes etc. We make the space fit efficiently for our clients to make it more productive and cost effective.

We have multiple collections from couriers throughout the day and offer a suite of different options dependent on the weight and size of the package. We use a carrier Management System called Smartfreight that determines the most cost-effective service, produces the carrier labels and captures service level percentages. We have the option of switching to or turning off carriers at the flick of a switch based on performance and customer feedback.

We have a dedicated area to work returns in the warehouse and log everything on a bespoke system that logs all relevant information. QA checks are undertaken which determines whether stock returns to the pick line or is put in quarantine (to be reviewed by the client later).
