Hai Robotics and LPP Logistics showcase large-scale apparel fulfillment automation in new customer case study

Hai Robotics has published a new customer case study showcasing how LPP Logistics, the logistics operator of the LPP Group, deployed a large-scale HaiPick System 3 solution to support the company's growing e-commerce operations across South-Eastern Europe.

The new fulfillment center near Bucharest, Romania, combines 278 HaiPick Automated Case-handling Robots (ACRs) and 670 Fast-transit Companion AMRs, providing more than 630,000 automated storage locations with capacity for up to 7.5 million apparel and accessory items. Completed in less than six months, the project enables LPP Logistics to rapidly expand fulfillment capacity while maintaining operational continuity.

One of Central Europe's largest fashion retailers, LPP operates five internationally recognized brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. To support rapidly growing online demand, LPP Logistics launched the highly automated fulfillment center to serve customers across Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece and Hungary.

The customer case study explores how HaiPick System 3 helps LPP Logistics increase storage density, improve fulfillment efficiency and build a scalable fulfillment platform for future growth. It also highlights the collaborative approach between Hai Robotics and LPP Logistics in designing a solution tailored to the retailer's operational requirements.
