Hai Robotics selected to deliver the world's largest deployment of rack-climbing warehouse robots

Hai Robotics Stand: R1454

Hai Robotics has been selected to provide automation technology for a new large-scale e-commerce fulfillment center operated by a leading European fashion retailer.

Hai Robotics has been selected to provide automation technology for a new large-scale e-commerce fulfillment center operated by a leading European fashion retailer.

At the heart of the project is Hai Robotics' award-winning HaiPick Climb system, representing the world's largest deployment of rack-climbing warehouse robots. The project sets a new benchmark for warehouse automation and reinforces HaiPick Climb as the leading solution for large-scale, high-performance e-commerce fulfillment.

Already operating multiple HaiPick Systems across Europe, the retailer is expanding its partnership with Hai Robotics through a deployment of more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots, establishing the world's largest rack-climbing warehouse robot deployment.

The new automated facility will support rapidly growing online order volumes through a highly scalable goods-to-person operation powered by HaiPick Climb double-deep systems.

Project highlights include:

  • More than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots operating within a single integrated automation system
  • 30,000m² automated fulfillment operation
  • 1.2 million double deep storage locations
  • System throughput exceeding 24,000 totes per hour

Bringing more than 1,500 HaiPick Climb robots together within a single integrated automation system demonstrates Hai Robotics' ability to deliver enterprise-scale warehouse automation without compromising flexibility, performance or operational efficiency.

The system is designed around Hai Robotics’ upgraded HaiPick Climb solution, enabling the retailer to maximize storage capacity while maintaining the throughput required for high-volume omnichannel fulfillment.

"This project demonstrates the continued shift toward highly scalable robotic automation within large-scale fulfillment operations," said Peter Guan, General Manager at Hai Robotics EMEA. "Being selected to deliver the world's largest deployment of rack-climbing warehouse robots is an important milestone for Hai Robotics. More importantly, it reflects the confidence customers place in Hai Robotics and HaiPick Climb to support their largest and most strategic warehouse automation projects."

The project further strengthens Hai Robotics' position in large-scale fashion and e-commerce warehouse automation across Europe, reinforcing HaiPick Climb as a proven solution for enterprise-scale fulfillment. It also highlights the growing adoption of flexible, high-density warehouse automation for high-performance distribution environments, where scalability, storage density and operational flexibility are becoming increasingly important.

Established in 2016, Hai Robotics is a global leader in Automated Case-handling Mobile Robot (ACR) systems, delivering flexible warehouse automation solutions for facilities worldwide. Hai Robotics' modular HaiPick Systems combine robotic equipment and software with nearly any industry-standard racking and storage infrastructure, enabling customers to increase storage density, improve operational efficiency, and scale automation with greater flexibility.
