Last week, Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo 2025 brought together thousands of professionals from across the industry at Excel London, solidifying its position as the world’s leading retail-focused supply chain and logistics event.

Designed to help retailers and logistics providers create the perfect customer journey, the expo provided a hub for exploring innovative solutions that streamline warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution while meeting the growing demands of faster delivery and seamless returns.

 

White Label World Series as a whole

The event was co-located with White Label World Expo, Smart Retail Tech Expo, and E-commerce Packaging and Labelling Expo all running alongside The Business Show London. This gave attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to explore related sectors across a wider range of industries.

The expo united retailers, business owners, and senior decision-makers to discover what's next in supply chain and logistics. Packed with live demonstrations, hands-on experiences, and networking opportunities, including a robot dog welcoming guests. Attendees and exhibitors left inspired, having built valuable connections, discovered innovative solutions, and explored fresh ways to drive their businesses forward.

 

Who Attended?
Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo brought professionals from leading brands including DHL, Amazon, Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, PepsiCo, Currys, John Lewis Partnership, Co-op, Starbucks, Google, Burberry and more.

We had over 5,000 logistics professionals attend, including logistics directors, analysts, warehouse and operations managers, procurement leads, and CEOs. Visitors were actively looking for new innovations across AI, fulfilment and handling services, warehouse equipment, vehicles, and drone tech.

Who Exhibited?
At Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo London, attendees explored solutions from industry-leading businesses covering every stage of the retail supply chain. From sourcing raw materials to delivering products to customers’ hands, exhibitors offered tools and services to launch new operations or upgrade existing logistics solutions. Exhibitors ranged across multiple sectors, providing software, fulfilment services, warehouse equipment, vehicles and more, helping businesses streamline processes and ensure products move smoothly from start to finish.

Keynote Highlight: Stuart Rendall, Head of Logistics Operations, The CO-OP Group
Stuart Rendall kicked off day one of Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo 2025 as the show’s opening keynote, delivering a session that captivated both attendees and exhibitors. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in supply chain and FMCG logistics, Stuart shared insights from managing Co-op’s end-to-end logistics across 13 sites in the UK and Northern Ireland, including a 661,000 sq ft composite distribution depot. His keynote was filled out with practical strategies for operational excellence and sustainable growth, setting an inspiring tone for the first day of the show.

Industry Innovation Awards
Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo 2025 celebrated businesses transforming the retail supply chain.

The Innovation Award nominees included Nutrasource, DTE, CQL, MIR and CoolRun. The award went to CoolRun by Hubl. Their solution provides zero-emission refrigerated transport using insulated containers with reusable thermal batteries and real-time IoT tracking, helping businesses manage deliveries efficiently and sustainably.

The Fulfilment and Logistics Impact Award nominees included PTV Logistics, Metoni Logistics and Sprint Logistics. Sprint Logistics took the award for their e-commerce logistics expertise, offering B2B and D2C fulfilment, pick-and-pack, kitting and distribution across the UK, EU and USA.

The Net Zero Hub: Driving Sustainability in Supply Chains

The launch of the Net Zero Hub showcased sustainability-focused companies and organisations working towards a Net Zero future. With supply chains responsible for an estimated 60% of global carbon emissions, the hub offered a platform for collaboration, innovation, and actionable strategies to decarbonise logistics operations.

Masterclasses Spotlight: Lockerworks – Beyond the Counter
Attendees explored how Smart Lockers are redefining retail fulfilment, reducing congestion, delivery failures, and wait times. This interactive masterclass provided actionable insights on enhancing the click-and-collect journey, reducing staff overhead, and driving sustainability across supply chain operations.

 

Looking Ahead to 2026

Following the success of 2025, Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo returns to Excel London on 11-12 November 2026. Next year’s edition will continue to spotlight sustainability, innovation, and collaboration across the supply chain sector, featuring masterclasses, keynotes, and networking opportunities that forever drive the industry forward.
