During the seminar I will explore some of the growing complexities we face in the supply chain world, with a spotlight on logistics and final mile, what that means for us and our customers, and how the world has changed over the last 25 years. I will then focus in on how B&Q have navigated some of that through clarity of direction, getting closer to what customers want, and developing and leveraging deeply collaborative partnerships to deliver growth and success.
